Forgive the redundancy: I do not know why I had not thought of this
earlier, but here is a shot of my dad next to the sketch.
I think the correlation between the eyes is amazing. I have the same basic trait (a very bright and open right eye - as in *his or my* right eye (as opposed to the reversal of eyes in any photograph), and a lower left eye), but I get the feeling that for my dad it may be a painful sensation (his left eye), too.
